We are excited to join ESTRO 2025 in Vienna to meet clinicians, hear frontline insights, and share advances that support patients and care teams.

Last year, our team travelled to the vibrant city of Vienna to attend ESTRO 2025, a landmark event that continues to serve as a cornerstone for the global radiation oncology community. The event was centred around the theme, “Transformative Innovation Through Partnership,” a simple yet important concept highlighted how strategic partnerships are the primary engine pushing the boundaries of what is possible in cancer care and radiation therapy.

The event successfully brought together a diverse array of specialists, including radiation oncologists, medical physicists, radiologists, and bioinformatics experts. This multidisciplinary environment was essential for showcasing top-level scientific work and fostering a unique ecosystem where research meets clinical application. By encouraging dialogue between all stakeholders, the event served as a catalyst for future breakthroughs in precision medicine.

One of the key topics discussed during the keynote speeches and panel discussions was the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven treatment planning and adaptive radiotherapy. Between these sessions, we had the opportunity to connect with teams from other countries and build international connections. These interactions were instrumental in exploring potential collaborations that will undoubtedly shape the future of the field. Beyond the discussions, hands-on sessions also allowed attendees to gain practical experience with new equipment and software.

For our team, ESTRO 2025 was an incredibly enriching experience. It provided a high-profile platform to share the latest research and engage with the innovations that will define the next decade of oncology. We look forward to building on the partnerships forged in Vienna as we prepare for the next chapter in radiation oncology excellence.
